I have seen The Stills live at least 10 times, and they always put on an amazing show. Luckily for me (and you!), NotableTV gave me a heads up (and asked me to give you one) about a free show The Stills are playing Friday, August 27th in the Distillery District at 55 Mill Street (yes, as in the yummy organic beer) as part of a weekend long event that is showcasing Lexus’ new hybrid, the CT 200h. All weekend long (the 27th-29th) you can listen to amazing bands, drink free beverages, and play (not drive, free drinks remember!?) with a luxury hybrid. Or, if you are geeky like me, you can interact with the car through means of an iPad instead. Any excuse to play with an iPad!
I must warn you against wearing heels, however, as the cobblestone at the Distillery District can be tres dangereuse (as I unfortunately learned the hard way).
In addition to The Stills, there are three other amazing Canadian bands: Lily Frost, The Midway State and Paper Lions.
